What does Snagajob do?

How is this free with no strings attached?
Our free trial allows you to try out our job posting service completely free, no credit card required, for 10 days. You create an account, write a job posting, and watch the applicants roll in. At the end of your free trial, you will have the option to continue posting your jobs. Options include 1 job posting per month for $69 (Single), 3 job postings per month for $99 (Triple) and 5 job postings per month – our best value – for $129 (Five-pack). The only difference in the plans is the number of job postings-so you just pick the plan that suits your hiring needs. Once you convert to a full-service account, Snagajob begins taking your candidates through a short assessment during the application process that accurately identifies which ones have traits for success in the position and a company like yours.
What’s included in my 10-day free trial?
Every trial includes one job posting, filter questions, customized branding and cross-posting to other job sites including Simply Hired–and now the opportunity to post seamlessly to Craigslist.
What’s not included in my 10-day free trial?
Our paid plans include an additional feature: assessments. Assessments are not available to free trial customers. Assessments score your candidates on a red, yellow or green scale based on their answers to a 10-15 minute position-specific questionnaire that is designed to tell you how well-suited someone’s personality is for a role. This allows you to save time and narrow your search.
Why can’t my job postings feature an external URL during my 10-day free trial?
We make every effort to ensure Snagajob features only legitimate job postings. One of the many ways we work to prevent fraud on our site is by restricting the use of external URLs during 10-day free trials. Why only 10 days?
Typically we deliver a high number of quality applicants within the first few days after an employer posts a job. Our filter questions help you to save time sorting through applications and to make decisions faster. And, with our customer service representatives helping if you desire, any job posting can be optimized to maximize the potential of that 10-day window.
Why are full service accounts set to automatically renew each month?
We don’t want you to experience a disruption in service that would impact how quickly you’re able to fill the job or jobs you’ve posted on Snagajob. When you establish your account, you can be sure your postings don’t drop off of Snagajob unintentionally. You can close your account at any time by contacting us at 888-762-7624 or hiring@snagajob.com. Or you can close your account on your own at any time through the “Your Account” tab. We won’t be able to refund charges that have occurred, but we will take your postings off of Snagajob immediately.
